Preaproving those invited but restricting open enrollment?
I want to be able to send invitation with an activation code directly to people of my chosing, where they follow the link and then set up account / register to the forum which should be unaccesible to pretty much everyone else. How do I do that? I'm not the sharpest tool in the box, so I would really appreciate a tutorial or so.

I know how to send out a general invitation, but that's not what I'm asking in this thread.
