I've searched for this info but can't seem to find it. I have an admin I want to deactivate. Will he be notified by email when he's removed from the group?

Thanks

Very easy to solve:

Go to the admin panel >> Users and Groups >> Search Users...from here, find the admin, then click on his name. Go to the "Permissions" tab and you'll see "User Level" and he will be at the rank of "Administrator", switch it back to "User"

Bpoetic wants to know if the member will be notified (by email or pm) of the action taken.

Thanks Nikko. Yes, I wanted to know if, upon the action you spoke of, the member would be notified of the change in his status:-)
