Re: Support Forum Update
Nice token/gesture of appreciation/recognition to those who have stepped up when the additional support was obvious. Perhaps more support was extended than actually known.
I take the time to thank staff . It takes only but a moment. small in comparison to the time they spend assisting us.
Hats off to FM for recognizing the support stems far deeper than themselves.
Is that award retroactive?

Is that award retroactive?![]()
By retroactive do you mean has it already happened? As in has the ranks been given? Then yes they already have been given to certain members

Thanks guys
Yes, the ranks have been given, and that's all were getting. Just what you see on our profile, nothing more, nothing less

Re: Support Forum Update
Well good luck with that.
Back in the days I used to help a lot ( telling from my post count ) , but now of days, got a lot on my plate..
If I somehow manage to swing by a hard question, might answer it,
( but don't count on it )

Re: Support Forum Update
The ranks will still be given, but only if we notice you're great help to the support forum, hence the rank name "Helper"
But, if you ask for the rank, you most likely will get a no since it's something given, and not asked for.

Lol Tilum, I thought you were our Milk Man
Re: Support Forum Update
I sorta disagree with this. For users who have helped and have not received this rank could quit helping.

That is true. It is also true that users could work harder to receive the rank. Adding this rank was a risk, but you know, it's great to see risks being taken. It had been dank and stuffy around here for much too long...
