Cant change text color

Ok, I'm having problems with the text coloring



please look (i'll box with a orange color)





I tried everything in the admin panel. I cant find nothing!

Administration Panel>>Display>>Colors and Pictures>>Colors

Text Color and Size section

ACP>display>colors>css styelsheet
look for this in your css style sheet
Code:
h3, .h3 {
font-family : Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
text-transform : uppercase;
border-bottom : 1px solid #f58b00;
margin-bottom : 3px;
padding-bottom : 2px;
font-size : 1.05em;
color : #CHANGE COLOR HERE;
margin-top : 20px;
}
change "color" code as i indicated .

another alternative is just add this to your css

Code:
  .introduction .h3, .module .h3, .postbody .h3 {
        color: #ffffff;
        margin-top: 8px;
    }

you can change color as well by changing the "color" code.The #ffffff is pure white
