Profile Fields... Empty Profile Fields...

Post by JDC August 5th 2011, 1:14 am

Is there any way to enable HTML in profile fields? I know BBCode is enabled, but I want HTML to be enabled too!

See here. I have an extra profile field, called 'Trophies', but it want it to have HTML content, rather that of BBCode. Can anyone help?

I'm pretty sure html should work if members and your forum has the html button switched to on.

As far as I can tell you aren't able to do this directly.

You could do something similarish with ranks - you can wrap html around them. Where it says "rank title:" put your image wrapped with your html styling in there. You are limited by character spaces, so take any styling to your css. It's not exactly ideal, as you'll need to do it for everyone, but it will pretty much give you what you want.

The other thing you could do is use jQuery .wrap() to put elements around the field after the fact. This could be a little tricky if images are being changed regularly.
