How to change my site's address?

Is there a way to change what people type in when they want to get to my site?

For example: www.bluebots.forumotion.com

to

www.greenbots.forumotion.com

Is there a way to make a change like that?

Administration Panel>>General>>Forum>>Forum Address

That doesn't work. I need to change the url of the site, not the name.

When you change it there, it also changes the site address in your browser tab.

But...it didn't.
It changes the title that comes up on the tab, but not in the bar.

Wait I changed it using a different method than what you showed me, because I couldn't find a title spot in General. I changed the search engines name.

I believe only the founder can change this information.

Our founder left and didn't know how to change me over.
