Why? can't upload photo

When I login with admin account then try to upload picture I will saw this:


But,

When I login with other account then trying to upload picture I will saw this,


Then I can't upload photo if not using admin account,

So how other user want to upload?

Please help me fast!~

and i have reported that here many many times to no avail ...i still cant upload photos as a admin
at my forums after 4 yrs in the biz....nobody helped me...

You need click choose file and find the file (photo) you want to upload.

I already done click choose file and choose photo that I want to upload but!! after I click Host It I It will go to new page of that photo still can't upload,..You Can try to register as a member In my Forum and Try to upload Photo,see what you will get,
