Notice the creation dates:
May 10, 2011
May 30, 2011

I believe that you could not create two forums with the same email address. It does seem weird.

I've seen this before. It sometimes happen when you delete a forum and reuse the same email address. Depending on which forum you are wanting to enter from the tool you would only need to click on the circle and click submit to reach the options.

You don't really need to remove it. Just select the radio button for your current forum and click the Access button. Smile
