Solved Table

Post by thebigredmonster on August 10th 2011, 1:01 am

For some reason, whenever I try to make a table, it ends up coming out like this:

exampleexampleexampleexampleexample

Why is this happening?
What I do is fill out the space in between and (or
, or

) with the thing I want to be in that table, but it comes up as shown above.
Am I doing something wrong?

If you will click Post Reply or if you are creating one, click New Topic. Then you should see a sorta table/calculator looking thing. Click it and it will let you create how many rows and cells.

That's exactly what I do.
But, if, for example, I put in two rows and two columns, this comes up enclosed in [ table border="1" ] and [ /table ] (minus the spaces):

So, I fill in all the spaces between and ,
, and

with the thing I want in that cell.

See nothing wrong. But it looks like you aren't entering anything.

You have to enter something into it.

Also the more content you put in it the more it will open up,
Now remember say you only put something in the left side, well it will push the right all the way over until you have something in that one as well
