Network Error
When visiting my forum http://www.mummieskeepsakes.com i'm getting this message can anyone advise why?
Network Error (tcp_error)
A communication error occurred: "Operation timed out"
The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems preventing it from responding to requests. You may wish to try again at a later time.
For assistance, contact your network support team.
Re: Network Error
I just tried it with IE, and it loaded fine for me. It could be your Internet connection, or at the time you tried it, it was down.

Re: Network Error
Something really strange ِ
Surprisingly, more than he works with me does not work with you
In fact, is puzzling .I am unable to determine where there is this problem
maybe your board is not the problem !

Re: Network Error
I don't understand if it isn't a problem with the board how myself and the other members can get onto other forumotion forums fine?
It's really frustrating after i have put money into the forum by purchasing a domain, ad disabling and copyright disabling that there now seems to be this problem. I've also had the forum since 2009 and never experienced this before. My co-admin has told me this is the second time this week its now happened.

Re: Network Error
Bet its the ISP. Sometimes ISP's can be weird. Should contact them and ask them to allow forumotion sites.

In your quote in your first post. It says you need to contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider)

Re: Network Error
There is nothing wrong with my ISP others are now having the same issues on other forums so i can't see how it's everyones ISP's
Re: Network Error
I've just been reading that others are having probs as well so I really can't see this being a server problem.

Re: Network Error
It's really frustrating that this is the forumotion support forum yet they seem to just want to brush you off to your ISP provider they aren't the ones providing the forums!
Re: Network Error
Hi there.
Please ask the members of your forum what ISP there on as i found that sky members are having the same problem.
All BT members some times get this to as there the same phone lines used to make the service.
When asking about this and looking up the info on the intenet i found that i could be to do with the speed of your ISP
When some of my friends have spoke to sky they was told to do the folloing
Give them Steps a go and see if that helps.

- Turn off the modem to reset it,
- Clear your temp files in your comupter/laptop,
- clear your cache on all browsers,
- Reset your computer then try again

Re: Network Error
Hi,
Have you contacted your ISP Yet?
If so, just for clarification, can you inform us what tests they preformed on your PC (Or asked you to do)?
If you havent contacted your ISP yet, or can't remember, please do what I have in this post, it should do a reset of your IP, and force your modem/router/pc/ISP get get rid of the expired data, and get new data
=> https://help.forumotion.com/t92566-content-encoding-error#598430
If the issue persists, can we get a screenshot of the issue?
Also, is it just you having this issue?
I've just loaded your forum fine from Australia as well
