hi! can someone tell me how i can resize the link fonts in my phbb3 forum? the normal size is 10px but the links look smaller.. i also want to put an underline and color when link are hovered. please help!

M more precise way to control font:

ul.topiclist dt,ul.topiclist dd.dterm {
font: 1.1em;
  }

font: 1.1em..1.2..1.3..
