How i can give someone ban only for 3 days?

How i can give someone ban only for 3 days?
or how i can give to member 1 warn points??

Hello,

To ban a member.
1. Click the username of the user
2. (Scroll down) Administrate user: Click > Ban this member
3. (Optional) For a duration of: number of days you want.

To give warning to a member, You should have created warning level to the profiles:
1. Administration Panel
2. Users & Groups
3. Users > Profiles
4. Click the add icon
5. Type: Image List (You can find warning bars in the Graphic Design Section)
5. Name it warning level or any you want, then fill the fields

where i click the add icon? where the profile fields?
