Is there a way so that when members delete their posts, it gets moved to an 'Archive' forum instead of getting completely deleted from the site?

Or make it so your postcount doesn't decrease when you delete a post.

Not possible, until a moderator splits the post & sends it to the basket.

make it so members cant delete posts and have your moderators move old posts into a hidden archive forum that you have made
