posted images not showing

Not sure what has happened, but my images,emotions ect are not showing in the messages.They appear for a split second, then vanish. Everything was fine yesterday. i had my first spammer which forced me to activate the anti-spam feature, but that's the only changes made. i disconnected it(anti-spam) to see if that was the culprit, but it wasn't.
It's not the browser as it's happening on 2 seperate browsers, firefox and google chrome.
signatures/avatars are displaying.

Is anyone else on your forum having this problem? You may have to update your flash.

Not sure if its good fortunate no one viewed site today , but that being the case. so i don't know. I am having someone check site and should know soon. Ironically i updated my flash player this morning. some update, lol ..Not sure that's the problem as i can see images/emotions in other sites via my laptop. I see all other images, just not in the post. no emotions,no images, inserted within a message.

If the website in your profile is correct, I too am having problems viewing some images. Are you sure they aren't dead links?

yes thats the site mate and no their not dead links. they work in other sites just fine.

Went on it again. I got a pop up from Google asking me to allow flash players. I clicked allow and it worked.

Try again and see if you get that pop up.

only i would be so unfortunate. I'm not getting any pop ups from either browser. had site up all day too. so why are other sites showing properly for me and not my main site? don't get it mate.

I Just heard from another member and he too is unable to see images,emotions within a post.

What toolbars do you have installed? Do you have the Google one?

Could be that the service for the images could be down. This will sometimes happen.

Thanks mario, if that was the case would'nt the same images , from the same source, not show on other sites? i see them just fine in my other sites. even the emotions that came with the site don't show.Those aren't from my source. I use photobucket and we all know what happens when they go down. I can see the images in "preview" however, when i hit send the images won't appear.
I'm baffled by this . If i can't sort this soon then I'm just going to delete the site, lick my wounds,and move on.

Not sure why you would delete your site because of images. They are showing up fine for me.

Thank you again for your reply Mario, I'm just flustered is all. at some point i do question myself if its all worth the headache . just blowing smoke bud. As you can see i have lots invested in my site.
Some images which are the ones you're probably seeing are fine. its when i post a message and attach an image or emotion that they don't appear. Threads that pre-existed, with images/emotion attached are no longer displaying them.Wait!! for a split second i can them. I see my avatar and everything related to profiles in a post, my sig and even the sig bar. To take a snap shot of what you should be seeing, that i can't see is a no brainier. In my recruitment forum i have a logo above the text (UNITED NATIONS) in the opening topic. Do you see an image ? I do for a spilt second then nada.

can you give some screen shots and what image host are you using.
also be sure you are useing IMG tags.

i need to see the broken or non showing images in a screen shot and the content/coding you have in the post/sig etc...

Not sure what you mean by sending a screen shot of my image host? i use photobucket or serving. I am using image tags .

these same images are showing in other sites ,using the same links. so i don't think its them.
other members also cannot see these images in site.
haven't had this problem in 2 1/2 years. i had a spammer enter site, which forced me to activate the anti-spam feature and now i have this issue. it only happens to the images inserted in a post. all other images in site show fine. Because of this i am beginning to feel something went wrong when activating the anti-spam. Its doing what it should be,it just shouldn't be happening to pre-existing post or members.

Thanks for your reply . i removed everything from my javascript management and still nothing.

edit: I just found the problem after deleting all my javascript. lmao
the culprit was a partial javascript code i must have accidentally inserted when installing my floating social-network icons in a "widget". not sure how i manage to do that.lol but i did.
This problem is solved and i deeply "Thank" all those who assisted me in finding a solution.
