Can you explain your problem a little more clear? Can you take a screenshot of what is the problem/what you would like?

not sure if this is what your referring to, but to display on the top of your home page go to
ACP>Display>Home Page(Generalities)>Quick log in display> select "top of homepage">Save
If you want box on the very top of page, then you would need to provide your forum version and a link to your site.
