you're only able to change there password. But can't see their passwords.

for privacy and security it's impossible to see the passwords in plaintext, you can only change them to a new password.

This is true of all IT Systems and not just Forumotion, and for very good reasons. After all you'd hardly want strangers being able to read your password right?

Correct you can not see members passwords,You can only change it for them upon their request
