Is it all solved now then?

Post by LGforum on August 22nd 2011, 1:07 am

So there was the server issues earlier, and the thread about it in the announcments and updates section. That thread is gone now, so is it all solved and sorted?

If so, a bit of notice would have been nice, just a nice little post in that thread would have been good. lol.

Hi,

Unfortunately no it is not, the techs are still doing troubleshooting and corrections.
The announcement Justin made, I believe was to warn us of the a server crashing.

Thats a shame.

So we can still expect to see these strange happenings on our forums for a bit longer?

Thanks for your reply.

Well, the main issue of a server being down is fixed, but there are issues.

Yes, the bugs will be around for a few more days, but the techs are working on it, I mean, the techs worked all weekend, and I'm sure there's one of them there at the office working on correcting the issues right now. (Note it is 3:50AM in Nice Smile ) and they'll continue to pull long hours until it's all fixed. Very Happy

Hi,

my forum has been free of any issues so far. Perhaps it's because I have not modified the CSS or any other configuration in the last 48 hours.

I read some post here earlier saying you should avoid editing your CSS and scripts

Not modifying any templates or CSS would be a great advantage for the techs in their troubleshooting.

Your lucky you're forums missed it, but there's plenty of other bugs that we haven't experienced on the English
