No he didnt I am a friend of his and i go to his site, a guy came on and said he will always hack the site. He hacked in and made him self admin, and deleted everything it seems like he know scripting or css or some form of coding because he has it hidden of some posts that they arent there but u go on and they are bwi

Then, your friend should use the forum utilities: https://www.forumotion.com/en/utils/

...to try and restore the board back to a date before the hacking took place.

As long as he remembers the founding credentials then he's able to restore the board to a date before it got hacked.
