Script Help

Hello bright minds.
I would like to ask for a script that allow me to do something like this, for the reason i can't simply explain what is all about i'll just show, the magic is going on on that site http://seankilbane.com/ (go and see yourself)
Point is when you click the certain things on the nav bar this will immediatly move you to the proper palce on the site.
This is very nice. How to do that ?

That can be done with the jQuery UI $.animate() function, though I think Craig used the Dojo Toolkit to accomplish the task.

It's pretty simple to do...you should check to see if there are any examples on the jQuery UI or Dojo sites.

I checked the sites but not realy know what to look for. If you could help me narrow the search area I would be grateful.
