Why are people rude on formotion

ok i notice that a lot of mods are rude, everytime i ask a question i get a rude responds and i see the same with other. i try to get my forum review for the 2nd time and the guy told me it has to be 2weeks and refused my request my forum was reviewed Aug 10 today is the 29th . if i knew this community was this rude i would have joined another forum provider

In addition to this, let me clarify this, we do quick reviews per forum once per month, someone just edited my post.
