I am not sure if forumotion has a pic rating.
You mean in your forums gallery? I will have to check the settings. That's one feature i never used much..But yeah if it's possible i would check all your gallery settings.

When you go to your forums gallery in your navigations and open a picture you will find this bellow it. Rate it there

That is the Avatar Gallery which I believe you can't rate them. You can only rate the pictures in the actual Gallery, sorry.

You can find your Gallery in ACP >>Modules>>Gallery

and in your personal profile>> Avatar ....click on show Gallery.

Enable transition effects for Slideshow :

Show Picture Navigation Box in Show Page :
