Bold is reserved for admin and moderators. You should edit that!

Tony M, posting consecutively is not tolerated unless separated by 24 hours since the last post. This is your 3rd reminder so you will be receiving a warning for this.

DarkBlade, do not moderate other users! Leave the moderation up to us!

I don't think that's possible on Forumotion.

That site you are looking at is for phpbb3 forums.
Not only that it is for phpbb3 forums which are hosted properly on a web host. Not by a free forum provider.

so if you want your forum to look like that... buy a domain name, buy server time from a webhost and download phpbb3 and do it the proper way, and you will have freedom to do ANYTHING you want.

Hi Tony,

Try this for PunBB

AP > Modules > JS manamgent and add this + mark all pages

Code:
$(document).ready(function() {
  $('.paged-head').before('<div class="pravila">TEXT HERE TEXT HERE TEXT HERE</div>');
});

Than add this to CSS

Code:
.pravila {
  background: #D3BCBC;
  -webkit-border-radius: 5px;
  border-radius: 5px;
  text-align: center;
  padding: 5px;
  margin: 0 0 4px;
}

Just tried it, you should get this
