Nav Bar Request

Hello

I need the following words for my nav bar to be in a super mario world style colour and text:

Colours: http://ecdn2.hark.com/images/000/001/327/1327/original.jpg
Font: http://www.dafont.com/super-mario-bros.font

then need to be small enough to fit in a normal nav bar say this size
