One or 2 general questions that I need solved please.

Sorry if this is the wrong section, but...

When new members post links, it won't let them, it says something like, you need to wait 7 days until you can, or something. How do you change that? Need help fast.

Also

You know when you go to make a post, and right before you click 'send', you have to unclick "Notify me when a reply is posted", members have been complaining about that, please tell me how to turn that off, so it won't do it automatically, and I need to know how to add 'quick reply' to the forum. I also need to know how to do the same thing with the 'Attach signature (signatures can be changed in profile)' thing when you post, it doesn't automatically have it selected, and I need to know how. Thanks in advanced.

For the first question go to

Admin panel>general>security

go down to
Prohibit registered members for less than a week to post external links and email select no and hit save.


then for the second question you have to tell your members to go to their profile preferences and sect no for (Always notify me of replies) then hit save
