Those are widgets. You need to search them on google. See the last photo? Where you have Get Feedjit now? You can press it and it will take you to the page where you can make one. Flash Vortex link too.

Then you simply add the code you got to a widget. That is about it.

not sure about the first one, like Nera said you probably have to go to the site and get the code for that as well.

For the last one. i think that may be a facebook developers feature/tool.
So you will have to register with a FB developers account then search for the feature, it will then have all directions on how to add to your forum.
