Forum Address

I am the administrator on a forum I didn't create. We need to change the forum's address, but "forum address" isn't showing up on the administration panel.
Do I have to be the creator of the forum to change the address?

You need to be the founder of the forum in order to change the url. If you are still in contact with the founder then you can ask him to change it for you.
