Anyway to customise the + & - reputation icon for something else?

Can anyone tell us is there a way to replace the basic looking + & - reputation icon in each post, our members really dislike it

We have put 0 in the negative votes so presume members will not be able to vote a minus - ?

Read somewhere about replacing the current icon with a Thumbs Up, how do we go about this? if it's possible is it difficult?

Thanks but we have now disabled it, members didn't like it and we had members accidentally giving negative votes, so it's disabled again thanks for your help anyway MrMario
