unable to log into Servimp.com

i just set up a new forum. WOOHOOO
went to the servimp.com web site and put in the email and password that was used to set up the forum but it says i have an incorrect email

what do i do?

I did

The exact same email address and password that i used to make the forum

I just made it today
I have tried the forgot my password
Says no such email address

if i put my correct email address and password in, and the site tells me there is no such email. what do i do now?

Try this:

Admin Panel >> Display >> Pics >> Advanced >> Upload a picture

When the pop up opens, does it require you to log in?

I was using the simple because i have never used the forum software before.
In the simple it asked for the pathway from servimg.com
