Cant log in and Register

my friend having this prob .. he cant log in and reg in any forum powerd by forumotion. Last time he could but now no .. pls tell how to solve this prob.
note this is happening for all forums powered by forumotion

Maybe his IP is banned? I am not sure what it could be.

What is your friend getting error message you encounter when registering ? are you the same error you got with your friend ?

im with you on this one i think he's /her's ip address is band on our servers but then again saying that if there ip is banned would it not say there banned in the screen shot?
best thing to do is see if they can make an acount here on the support forum and login if that works then there ip or isp is not banned at all

It's probably as ape man has said, where this person is banned from logging into Forumotion servers. You can try ape's experiment.

Also, ask your friend to go to a location with a different IP address, such as a library, Starbuck's, or any other wi-Fi location. Try accessing his account and see if it works.

looks to me that he's ip and ISP is banned on the host's servers best thing to do is test to see if he can make a account on here if he can't then best bit is to get the godfather to look into it for you or a tech guy

sounds to me that he has to enable third party cookies).
Ask what browser he is using and be sure he has it set to allow third party cookies.
