In progress Domain name transfers

Post by Rickd on September 23rd 2011, 12:39 pm

I know renewals are suspended at the mo... Our Domain Name *.com (bought via forumotion) is currently expired but we no longer wish to use it anyway for the forum and would like to switch it to a *.co.uk domain name of our own.

Is this possible at the moment?

As founder I can't change it under personalized Domain Name so I assume it can only be done via Forumotion Admins.

Our members are complaining about the broken email links which refer to the expired Domain name

Thanks

Sorry we don't offer co.uk domains on Forumotion. You will need to get an external domain from another host and force redirect to your forum

Once domain expires your email links (emails are gone)
