Extra Comments: Its actually easily done in Microsoft Office 2010 or maybe 2007(Excel/Word/Powerpoint etc. ) but don't know how to save it transparent.If you know how then open Excel/Word etc. then paste the picture.Then Picture Tools -> Format -> Picture Styles Tab Group -> Bottom Right Arrow -> 3D Format -> Material : Translucent -> Translucent Powder & Lighting : Cool -> Freezing

Thanks but can you change some stuff?

1.Can you put Banner 1 and 2 to the left of the screen and not leave a blank white area to the left?Thats what I wanted it to turn out(And yeah forgot to say to make it that way in the extra comments )
2.Make Banner 2 straight and not in a up down style text?(Forgot to say that too)And change it from "st RITA" to "the RITA website"(Made it capital and small letters to state the font.Also no "" xD)
3.Make more text pictures the way I said in 1. and with the font of NET in Rita Net which are

Birthdays
Achievements
Food For Thought
