How do i make another tab on the homepage i want another tab like donate where it says home/portal/faq. and all the others...

Admin panel -> display tab -> homepage section-> headers & navigation -> nav link ( at here you add customized menu as you want )

example :

menu : Donate
picture : put your image url here
Text : Donate
rederict url : put your donate link here
rights : check it all
display : at here you can choose whether after click the donate menu directly go through donate url or the link will open in new tab
