Go to Administration Panel >> Modules >> HTML pages management

Creating an HTML page is for experts or people with advanced knowledge of HTML. I wouldn't recommend a newbie at codes trying to do the whole thing themself. Luckily, there are many tutorials out there and people who will assist you in creating a HTML page. Wink
