HERE i don't know how to do that.
when i put my mouse on link the text grow. well, clic the link, and you will see

Hi,

If you mean forum link and the thing it does when you put a mouse over it it's letter spacing. Add this code to your AP > Display > Colors > CSS

a.forumlink:hover {
    letter-spacing: 1px;
}
