Solved How to lock a forum

I can not figure out how to lock a forum on my site, could someone please help, I have the Phpbb3 version or the one that when creating a Forum, you currently start off in, thanks, really annoying, would like to know how, searched on google, and when people said howto, nothing would be where they said it would be.

NM, something just changed on the admin page, the Locked unlocked thing appeared for first time today.
