I'll go straight to the point. I want to achieve this view:

Spoiler:

so that the vertical thingies would be coded with links and lead somewhere. BUT all I can achieve is this:

Spoiler:

see that blank space marked with red? That is the problem.

The code that I'm using is
Code:

<a href="http://stiliai.omgforum.net/u1" target="_blank"><img src="http://i.imgur.com/ixgRK.png"></a><a href="http://stiliai.omgforum.net/u1" target="_blank"><img src="http://i.imgur.com/0HvDY.png"></a><a href="http://stiliai.omgforum.net/u1" target="_blank"><img src="http://i.imgur.com/hB2Km.png"></a>

What am I doing wrong? Is it because of the image cropping? Or bad coding? And is there any way to fix it? Any help would be appreciated. xx

I think your problem has to do with the images: Because they are all different heights, computers will attempt to line them up by their lower edges. One solution could be to take your images and make them all the same size, except with empty, transparent extra space at the bottom to give the illusion they're all different sizes.
