How do I make users enter information in BOXS with out them making a thread and submit them so I can view them also I noticed they made it in PHP where do I start coding this?

Forms are made in HTML. The actual handling of the form is done with PHP on the server. Or if you happen to have a server elsewhere, you could make the HTML and php on a different server and display it on your forum via iframe.

But if you dont, since you can't add files to the server or use PHP on forumotion, you will be better going with a free host.

You do realise if your going with this method you need a paid server with a proper web host? And you will need to write the HTML and PHP files yourself?

Yes get the HTML, and then just paste it into a HTML page.
Since it gives the full HTML, you can remove their branding and fully customize the page.
