Hi,

There is not an easy answer to your question nor you can search here someone who will make it for you.

Install a hitskin theme and start changing images in CSS. That's the easiest way to learn. If you don't wont to learn and just want a theme done for your forum you can google, there are forums that make them for free.

Not experienced with any CSS coding so i can not do that and i don't have time to learn either. I'll just ask one of my members to do it.

He's good with coding and make self made themes since he has his own website.
