How to Assign Special Moderators?

Hey guys, I'm really new to this. I know how to assign the moderators and admins and ranks like that, but this is different. It's a moderator assigned to a certain section. I've seen how before in the AP but I totally forget.
Here's an example:

This isn't mine, but it is done here. Notice towards the bottom it says--
Moderators: Ally<3

I want to know how to do that, assign someone to a certain forum under a category, not the WHOLE forum.

You go to Admin Panel, after Manage Members & Management Team, Find a username, Modify a user, Permissions, Click where you want to moderate.

Method are: the admin panel - Members and Groups - Management - Members then Tketby User Name

And interventionist powers on and then give it the ability to supervise the desired section
