How would I get rid of this border that doesn't seem to be in the CSS?

these are the advert rules;
#left .module-advert .main-content {
background-color:transparent;
border:none;
}

what border? where you have that red circle?
That's in your pic's management.

Admin panel>display>advanced mode>

They will be your background picture rows.

oh you know what i got mixed up,
That should be in your colors list. (category header BG Color)

I am not sure of the css, i tried to test it and was not working for me, Sad
But you can change or remove the color where i have it above
