Avatar problem

Here is the thing...
I've changed the default avatar for my members (for those who haven't yet picked one for themeselves).

The default avatar of the invision forum was this:



in the administration panel (avatars management) i defined a new avatar as default. This one:


but it doesn't work.
All the members that haven't picked out an avatar of their own show in their posts with the first (old) avatar, instead of the second (new).

Solutions anyone?

Hi, I think it only applies to new registered users and not existing users.

That thought crossed my mind.
Is there anything i could do in order the change to apply in all members, both old and new?

Well, you would have to manually change every single member's avatar if you want to do that.

That's a bit difficult. Too many members...

That's correct.
The "old" default is saved/stored.
Until either that specific profile is updated.
Whether the image image is just deleted, or changed.
