I am admin...tonight was seen losing new posts and new topics on my forum ... never before has it happened ... please help or some sort of official information for the problems

If you check ACP General>>forum>>security you will find a list of all the modifications that have been made to your forum and the IP number of the person making each and every modification

yes that will do it, you have to adjust it for what you want to allow,
You are better of using image host or bbtags etc.. for adding content to your post.
