User can't update profile Empty User can't update profile

So one of my new users is unable to update his profile information. He keeps getting this message: " Sorry, you cannot subscribe to this forum. Please contact the administrator." I contacted another user if she had this problem but she doesn't. Where/how do I fix this problem?

Well nevermind then, I discovered the problem. I set the age limit to 16 and the user was 14.
