To edit the font size, you go to Admin Panel>Display>Colors>Main Font Size, and just change it to the size that you want.

No it's not,
Not everything has to be done with CSS.
You can simply change it where JohnTabor has explained above.
Or if you really need the CSS then you will have to wait for another member or staff member to reply with it.
I am at work and have no way of checking the coding right now Sad

find the body tag and add:

Make sure you add a ; after the size, or it will mess up your CSS
