Avira Web Protection Compatibility Issue

Ok, I was going to post a long thread about an issue I was having, but I managed to solve it. So, this post will now be a bug/compatibility report.

The problem was that the tool icons above the text box when posting a message (bold, italics, insert image, font size, et cetera) didnt seem to be working. I found that it was isolated on my forum (they worked fine on this forum), it was isolated in Firefox v5 and Chrome v12 (they worked in Internet Explorer v9 just fine), and I concluded that it was being cause by the Web Protection feature in Avira Internet Security 2012 (upon turning that off, they started working).

Normally, I wouldnt bring this up, but the circumstances behind this were strange. Do with it what you will.
