Hover Code for PhBB3

Hello Forumotion. I have a question regarding the code for hover.

I am attempting to make my nav bar "hover". Do i write the script in CSS stylesheet? And may you please provide an example of how I would write it, for ex. the code for home, as in must I provide variables for height and width etc? Thank you.

Not quite sure what you mean, do you mean you want it to float at the bottom of the page.

Thank you, everything worked fine, Except for one tab, the memberlist tab.
I tried _memberlist but nothing worked, any ideas?

EDIT: Solved, after numerous tries turns out the proper syntax to be used is:
_members

EDIT: One last question please. Since I am not using a portal, what code would I use for Home...i've already tried using portal and home.

Solved! yet again, nothing better then tinkering around. Turns out for index and portal, you had to remove the ' ' from url('yoururlhere');
