Problem with the forum banner Empty Problem with the forum banner

Hi guys

I have recently added a new banned to my forum and it looks good but some users are having a problem with it.

This is what it is supposed to look like and does for most people

Problem with the forum banner SSbanner

and this is how it is coming out for the rest

Problem with the forum banner T3HHS

As you can see it is a lot bigger and goes a little off the header space.

I don't see what the problem is here as it looks fine for some but it like that for others. The person who provided the screenshot is using google crome with 100% zoom just like I am so nothing is wrong with that I don't think.

Any idea's on how I can sort this?

The person who provided the screenshot is using google crome with 100% zoom

That's the problem. It only happens when the zoom is too high or if you compress the width of the browser too much.

The majority (99%) of your members shouldn't have this problem because computer screens aren't that small and most users shouldn't have their browser widths that small

However, as an alternative, you can simply reduce the width of the banner Wink

It is fine for other users, including me, with exactly the same zoom option so its not that.

What do you mean by the second part? That that problem is with their computers and not the banner?

Will I need to reduce the size of the navbar buttons as well as they should all be in a line like they are for me?

screen resolution issues, as you can see the forum is zoomed in -> solution is to make your forum less width, becuse im guessing your forum is a percent width, make it a fixed (px width) and itll be fine.

I'm not quite sure what you mean by that. Do you mean the forum width??
