What do you mean, the floating menu on the right hand side? it looks fine, and works well.

He seems to have turned it off for guests now too.

But basically to make things float like that on the side of the page.
You'll have to make HTML, and then give it an ID.

Then in the css you can put:
Code:

#ID YOU GAVE IT {
position: fixed;
right: 0px;
top: 45%;
}

That will make your html sit on the right side of the page and float like that.
