What do you mean?

Do you want to create something with a fixed position on all pages?
Fixed positioning is done through CSS... and if the element is on all pages... then it will have a fixed position on all pages.

what you mean your page is scrolling left to right?

Do you have screen shot, it might be how you have your computer display settings set, i went to your forum and it appears ok, i dont have any left or right scrolling and all fits on the page.

You can try changing your forum width as well.
Not sure what you have it set to now but try changing it to 80%

Admin panel>general>configuration

scroll down to Pages structure> forum width, change to 80% and hit save.

Get rid of the width:100%!important rule for .bodylinewidth in your CSS, and your problem will be solved.

Then if that dose not work, Send/PM Me Temp user name and pass so i can log in.
