How do i add a white outline to the forum?

And also how can I lower the oppacity of the forum, so that background shines through a bit?

Do you mean the header code ?
If like that just put it "[hr"] without the quotes..

Hi vExodus,

Are you on phpBB2 as your profile states? If so, is it the white around the logo you are talking about? It is color added to your bodyline rule in CSS, like this.

Code:
.bodyline {
background-color: white !important;
}

If you did not mean that please explain a bit.

About the opacity to the background, use a semi transparent picture done in photoshop since it will affect other things on your forum if you do it through CSS.

Add that to CSS.

If that is not what you wanted please provide a screen shot and mark on it where exactly do you want the white outline since the picture in your first post showes the white outline on #wrap.

If that's not it, as I said provide a screen shot and mark on it where exactly do you want the white outline + leave your forum URL.
